Christian Service Brigade starts Aug 30 and Pioneer Girls starts on Sept 13. Meet Wednesdays from 6:15 – 7:45 | CSB for boys in K through high school and PG for girls in K through 8th grade.
Christian Service Brigade is a ministry that exists to train and disciple young boys and men, to become Christ followers. Christian Service Brigade is not a kids’ club, but rather a discipleship ministry designed to teach boys to become godly men. In today’s world, boys are often sent mixed message about what masculinity is. Christian Service Brigade allows boys to be taught the truths of God’s Word in an engaging way in the context of being surrounded by other boys and men.
Our weekly meetings usually start by allowing the boys to be active—playing games, followed by the lesson. Meetings typically end all-together in the chapel worshipping God and learning from his Word.
Additionally, our unit enjoys a number of weekend activities throughout the school year that allow boys to have fun outdoors in God’s creation. Some of the activities include:
- Hiking
- Camping
- Paintball
- Service Projects

Pioneer Girls

Tree Climbers: For boys in K through 2nd Grade and their dads. Tree Climbers allows young boys to have fun in a group setting right alongside their dads.
Battalion: For boys and young men in 7th Grade through 12th Grade. Young men in Battalion have the opportunity to take their skills to the next level, all while learning the truths of God’s Word. Some of the skills worked on in Battalion include:
- Fire starting (no matches!)
- Knot-tying
- Orienteering
Stockade: For boys in 3rd Grade through 6th Grade and their dads. At the Stockade level, boys have an opportunity to learn various skills; these skills are related to truths in God’s Word. These skills include things like:
- Reading maps and compasses
- Basic car care
- Woodworking
- Fishing
- And many more!
Stockaders also have opportunity to earn achievement badges through completing various activities and projects, engaging with the Word of God and Scripture memorization.
