BCF Ministries
BCF is blessed to have hundreds of people who have done the church’s ministry through the years. The majority of our ministry is done by volunteers, along with a small paid staff of three full-time elders, two administrative assistants, and a youth director. Believing the Church is about relationships between us and God through Christ, and that relationships among people reflect the character of God himself, the ministries listed in this section are intended to allow us to connect and serve one another for His glory.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH
Provides a loving and safe environment for infants, waddlers, toddlers, children and youth as they grow in their love of Christ and one another. All teachers and helpers go through a screening process which includes the passing of a certified background check.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Provides a nurturing community in which women experience a closer walk with Jesus, are encouraged to build authentic relationships with one another, and are equipped to serve their church and community.
MEN'S MINISTRY
Provides ministries in which men are encouraged in their walk with Christ, build relationships with one another and are equipped to serve their church and communities.
MUSIC MINISTRY
Supports worship events and spiritual growth through the use of music. We welcome singers and instrumentalists with a heart to serve on Sunday mornings.
MARRIAGE & FAMILY
Provides opportunities for developing and growing in Christ-centered marriages.
Side-by-side team
The Side-by-Side team is a group of BCFers who have some basic training in walking alongside others through difficult trails and seasons in life.
FINANCES
Provides biblically sound and ethical management of the tithes and offerings given to the Lord through BCF.
USHERING AND GREETINGS
Practices hospitality by creating a welcoming and caring atmosphere inside the church.
PRAYER MINISTRIES
Joins like-minded individuals to pray for each other, the community, the nation and the world.
HELP MINISTRIES
Provides loving care to the church body by helping with physical and financial short-term needs.
INTERNATIONAL Students
Provides worship, fellowship and training for the internationals and those ministering to internationals.
FACILITIES
Provides for the scheduled use of the buildings and care and beautification of the church property and exterior grounds.
Audio-Visual and Sound
Provides audio-visual and sound support for worship service and special events.
OUTREACH
Provides awareness, promotions, and opportunities to share the Gospel of Christ and to serve the needs of others locally and globally.
DISCIPLESHIP & COMMUNITY
Plans and provides opportunities for spiritual growth through the study of God's Word in a variety of settings and by various methods.
